This is the amazing uplifting story of Helen Keller who overcame her
deafness and blindness with the help of her teacher Annie Sullivan (who
became known as the Miracle Worker).
Set in post civil war Alabama in the 1880's in and around the Keller
homestead in Tuscumbia, Alabama, also, briefly, at the Perkins Institution
for the Blind, in Boston.
